I'm looking for some information about hp support. What is the different between : 

H7J34A5 - HP 5yr Foundation Care 24x7 Service

U7AH5E - HP 5y Nbd DL380 Gen9 FC Service


U7AH5E - HP 5y Nbd DL380 Gen9 FC Service- Can I make support request 24/7 h f ?


What about vmware for Hp's servers. 

What is the different between  

HP VMware vSphere Enterprise 1 Processor 3yr E-LTU/ Promo E8H75AAE  and

HP VMware vSphere Enterprise 1 Processor 3yr E-LTU BD713AAE. The level of maintenance and technical support are the same ?

H7J34A5 = HP Foundation Care 24x7 Service - extended service agreement - 5 years - on-site
Response Time 4 hours, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week

U7AH5E  = HP Foundation Care Next Business Day Service.  Parts and labor, 5 years, on-site, 9x5, response time: NBD for ProLiant DL380 Gen9

Under U7AH5E, you can make a support call 24x7 (depends on the region/country) but the onsite or parts will be available as per the NBD service.  For example if you call support on Saturday or Sunday, the onsite service will happen only on Tuesday.


E-LTU means "Electronic License To Use"
E8H75AAE = HP VMware vSphere Channel Special Edition
BD713AAE = HP VMware vSphere Editions
