Disable on board video on ML115

How to disable the on board video (display adapter) on ML115?

There is no way to disable to Video board in the BIOS. When you install a graphic card or remote card that takes over and disables to System board graphic card, but you cannot do it in the BIOS or with any switch.

I can plug in the ATI Redeon HD 2400 XT card from Gigabyte but neither Win XP nor Win Server 2008 can install the ATI driver.

The driver cannot detect the display adapter exist in ML115.

It depends on compatibitly of the card with the server and OS you have installed.

Ensure that you have updated BIOS and direct X 10.0 installed. Configure using onboard video controller first and once you install the PCI card the onboard should be disabled automatically.
