Disaster Recovery - Disks from DL360G2 into DL380G3

We currently have two type of server models - the DL360G2 and DL380G3.
While writing up a Disaster recovery plan, I'm suggesting have a spare or sacrificial DL380G3 so in the event of a Server failing (motherboard, power supply, etc), I would liek to be able to pull the disks from any DL360G2 or DL380G3 and put into the "spare" DL380G3.
Can anyone advise what problems I may encouter if I performed this in a live environment. All Servers have the same raid controller (5i).
Thanks

He Craig,

There shouldn't be any problems except some servers are marked (DL360G3 especially) with U320 SCSI drives only - watch out for that one.... Make sure your ROM revisions are all up to date.

How is Matt going?
