Disk Administrator Crash

Disk Administrator always crashes after error during extended disk create for Oracle DB. Was on the 77th raw disk, changing drive from e: to none and received error. Since then both systems crash running disk administrator in Raiddisk.sys 8020D988. Critical database server. Please help. Bob Safran, ALSTOM ESCA, xxx-xxx-xxxx

What specific OS (and patch level) is this? Are you using hardware or software RAID? If you are using hardware RAID, what controller?
