Disk Performance on DL 380

Hi,
I change my backup server, the old server are an IBM with 6 disks scsi 36Gb 15K rpm(raid 5) and 2Gb Ram.
The new server are a HP DL380, with 4 disks scsi 300Gb 10K rpm(raid 5), 3Gb ram.
Now i had a problem of disk performance, the record of data on disks before write on media are so slow, and i need double of time to do my backup.
Question, my server are slow or i have a prblem on it?
Attachment i put an image of an performance test.
