A. This message indicates that logical drive configuration has been updated automatically following physical drive position changes.
Beside that you have few m ore entrees, verify all cables make sure all seated correctly, also 642 controllers, and firmware for HDD and SA controller. If that happened again in the future , try to eliminate suspected component, by swapping, or running Insight diagnostic for windows / storage

Firmware is already updated of Array Cont(2.58) & Hard Disk BD07288277(HPB2) &
BD07289BB8(HPB1). and we had run insight diagontics test also but nothing we had found.

1. Turn off server.
2. Remove all disks from the server.
3. Turn on the server.
4. Erase NVRAM and array configuration.
5. Turn off the server.
6. Put all disks back.
7. Turn on the server.
