Disk Postions change in ML350G4

We have a ML350G4p Server with SA642 Cont. & 3x27GB U320 SCSI Hard Disk. I'm getting some errors in my iml logs like Post Error: 1724-Drive Array - Physical Drive Position Change(s) Detected201

1724 ...
A. This message indicates that logical drive configuration has been updated automatically following physical drive position changes.

Beside that you have few m ore entrees, verify all cables make sure all seated correctly, also 642 controllers, and firmware for HDD and SA controller. If that happened again in the future , try to eliminate suspected component, by swapping, or running Insight diagnostic for windows / storage

Re: Disk Postions change in ML350G4

I had the same problem (but one of my HDD was failed). And it's my problem solution:
1. Turn off server.
2. Remove all disks from the server.
3. Turn on the server.
4. Erase NVRAM and array configuration.
5. Turn off the server.
6. Put all disks back.
7. Turn on the server.

Reseat all components and monitor if that happened again, if yes, SCSI backplane would be first components (cables? you can inspect visually).
