Disk Subsystem Thermal warning
I have a Proliant DL580 in a remote office, the server is constanly going yellow, then green in Insight Manager. The cause is stated as a thermal issue in the Internal Disk Subsystem with no more information given. The machine is in an environmentally controlled server room and the room is kept plently cool. Any ideas would be appriciated.

Re: Disk Subsystem Thermal warning
Possible Causes:
1> one of the systems fans is intermittently failing.
2> make sure all the agents and support paqs are up to date on the unit, (may be a false warning"
3 > confirm room temp somehow.
4> check that your temp Thresholds has not been altered in Cim or on the system.
5> run Server Digs From the F10 prompt on post to check hardware integrity.
For further assistance please feel free to contact Tech Support at 1800OKCOMPAQ
