Disk upgrade Proliant DL380 G3

Hi All,

I would like to upgrade my disks to bigger size. I have Raid 1 and 2 disks. Can I just replace one, let it replicate and than change the other?
Will the system recognize bigger drives or I have to use some sort of utility?
