Dl 120 G6 doesn't boot

Hi
I have problem with two DL 120 g6 servers. The server doesn't bootup with pci-x riser card. When i removed the pci-x riser card it boot and works fine. I replaced the new riser card but the problem is still same. I replaced the riser card on two same servers but the prolem is still same on both the servers. So please help me how to resolve the problem.
