Dl180, P400 , 3TB RAID and SLES10
Hi all,
we try to install a SLES10 SP1 32bit on a DL180 machine with a 3TB Raid system on a P400 controller.
Installation of GRUB fails, because the system seems not to be able to boot from the large partition. We changed the disk label to GPT and created a small 50 GB /boot partition, but nonetheless the installation of grub fails.
Any hints?
Thanx,
Marco

Re: Dl180, P400 , 3TB RAID and SLES10
hi Marco
how do you know that grub is failing?
what's the error?
P400 firmware up to date? System ROM up date?
