Dl380 G3 Performance Problem

Hi.
I installed a DL380 with Win2k without using the startup Cd from HP.

Now we have some performance problems. A network transfer of 3.5 gb takes 15mins on a gigabit lan.

The Smart Array 5i drivers and the networkcard drivers were updated.

Any tips ?

Are you using autodetect for the network? I'd try setting link /duplex to 1000/full on both the switch and the server, and see if that helps. If you think it is set that way, double check. I'd also try a new ethernet cable(s).
