Dl380 G4 - Win 2003 64 bit

I've to reinstall two DL380 G4, can I install a 64 bit Win2003 ? I have to upgrade to specific firmware?

Yes, Windows 2003 64 bit edition can be installed on this server. The server needs to have 64 bit CPUs installed for this.

It is not required to upgrade the firmware for the components, however it is "recommended". Also, the recommended way to deploy the server is using the Smartstart CD, called Smartstart assisted deployment.

Use the Firmware maintenance CD to update the firmware:

I've already updated server to last firmware. I've two Xeon 2.8 Ghz on each server, I understood that these are capable of 64 bit but I can't find confirmation anywhere. Both of them will upgraded to 6gb RAM so I prefer have 64bit system.
