Dl380 G5 Win2k3R2SP2 64Bit and Dual Qlogic 4060C

Greeting All,

Have two 4060C ISCSI cards in a 380G5. Only one will initialize and work. The second shows yellow exclamation and will not start.

-Bios is latest on server
-Bios is latest on both HBA's
-Driver is latest on both HBA's

Have ticket open with QLogic, they pushed me off onto HP in hopes of a magic fix.

you got the issue with both installed right

have you tried the "yellow one" alone? to check if alone shows same issue???

So far it is looking like the second card is bad. No matter what slot I put it in, seems bad. Interesting as I tried 2 other hba's that were known good and they had the same issue. So I gave you an 8 for right now..
