Dl385 Internal Health Error CR15
I've got a DL385G1 with an internal health LED. When I open up the server, there is an LED that's amber, I think it's numbered CR15, near the VRM.
If you press the power button then the server will start up, then shut down 1 second later.
Any idea what the cause is?

Re: Dl385 Internal Health Error CR15
Hello,
The CR leds indicate you have an internal error. The CR number changes depending of bios version. HP engineering knows which part thats broken by checking their CR lists against FW version of bios. To make sure you get the right part and sort out the issue i suggest you call HP, ask them to log a case and send it to engineering. This is the only safe way and it wont be documented anywhere as far as i know. Make sure FW is up to date

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary, is that little extra.
