I have 2 DL580 G7 machines with RHEL 6.7
I Hope we can get 300MB/s.
But I only get 138MB/s
sftp> get rhel-server-6.6-x86_64-dvd.iso

Re: Dl580 G7 With Hewlett-Packard Company NC552SFP 2-port 10Gb Server Adapter speed slow
Hello ,
you may try updating the driver (first) and than the NIC Firmware.
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_7b541949a9574bbfb8f94d9ae9#tab1
In addition to that, make sure you are using propper cables, list with supported options here:
https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04148619.pdf?ver=17
You may also test the performance port to port (port one of the NIC connected to Port 2 of the same NIC) or connecting a lap top in order to exclude additional network issue in your environment.
