I need to have the system board replaced on my BRAND NEW ML370 G3 under warranty. Unfort., HP will not send anyone after hours or weekends. Unacceptible, especially since the server randomly reboots during the day and night already.
Is there any way to find some documentation on replacing the board yourself? I've been all over the site and nothing. I've done hundreds (If not thousands) on standard PCs, and we handle all the support for our servers, but wanted HP involved on this one. But I'm not paying for the work since it's under warranty.
Thanks!

Solution
I did search the HP web site for ML370G3 manuals and found this:
Proliant ML370 Generation 3 Server Maintenance and Service Guide:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/CoreRedirect.jsp?targetPage=http%3A%2F%2Fh200001.www2.hp.com%2Fbc%2Fdocs%2Fsupport%2FSupportManual%2Fc00064921%2Fc00064921.pdf
Standard warranty is next day service. If you need a quicker response you can buy care packs.
It should also be possible to get a HP technician after hours or at weekends but if you don't have a care pack that covers this you'll have to pay for it.
