Domain service accounts not starting

I'm having a problem on various Proliant DL380/580/760 servers recently (all have Win2K SP3). When the server is rebooted, the domain-attached services fail to start up. I have dual NICs teamed for "smart-fail" and it seems to be a problem with the domain-attached service not having the network available before it trys to start. I changed the properties of the services to wait for 1 minute, restart, then wait another minute and restart. That does not seem to work either. Any ideas?

Re: Domain service accounts not starting

We experienced the same problem in our environnement. The only way to have our services started with Domain user accounts was either to start them manually or to let a localy started service to start them after a few seconds.
We tried to make service dependencies and to delay the start of service as proposed by Microsoft without any improvement. Note that on a few system it works, on another part it works sometime.
Did you solve the problem? If yes, could you share your solution?
Thanks a lot,
