Download ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade

I have ProLiant ML370 G4 with old BIOS version.
I need download latest Systems ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade SP38288.exe (5.0 MB) to support Xeon processor 3.4 GHz.
I don't know nor active warranty nor support agreement of this server to download ROMPaq.
Could you help me upgrade bios version?

Maybe you can help: where are BIOS updates on the support page,
only the last BIOS can not be downloaded. The earlier ones let you download. It might as well be good for You. Maybe?

Excuse me. I wrote earlier, than I checked later.

You have searched file, contains a CD, which has a name "ProLiant Firmware Maintenance CD v.8.0". (or previously version 7.5, as Vktor wrote) Downloadable from HP's FTP server.
