Dr Watson with CPM

I have installed Compaq Power Management Agents to work with UPS R6000 with a serial cable on this machine NT4 .0 Spack 6a ver English.

When the server boot, I have a Dr Watson with the application cpmwmgt

When i desinstall Compaq Power Management Agents, no error when booted the server.
