The hpdsa driver for Linux is only available for Red Hat, SUSE, and Ubuntu.  Have yiou tried the Ubuntu driver?

I'm also looking for a debian 8 driver for Smart Array B140i for my ProLiant DL160 Gen9 Server. Have anyone solve this? I cannot add this driver to debian installation. Which is the correct driver for debian, ubuntu's?

Thank you

Re: Driver for debian wheezy (7.6) Dynamic Smart Array B140i

 Hi ,

Im also having the same problem with hp proliant dl360 gen9   , I have configured Raid1 on b140i raid controller and in the process to boot installation of Debian12 (bookworm) , Debian dont recognize the Raid1 that I created , only show two hard drives that I use to create Raid1.

I show in this thread , mention of use Ubuntu driver. I cant use any link nowadays.

Im watching how to resolve this , because I have 3 units --> dl360 gen9 , and I need to use debian , if I cant use Debian by driver , I can use Ubuntu but I prefered to use Debian OS.
