Driver needed for Fibre HBA

I have been searching forums and web sites for a few days now and have come up with nothng. I have a DL380 with a StorageWorks 64-Bit/66-Mhz Fibre Host Bus Adapter installed. This was OK with Windows Server 2003, but I have upgraded to Server 2008. I am trying to find a driver that works.

I know this is an old fibre card, but that's what I got. It still works well with the RA4100 it is connected to!

Any help would be appreciated.
