Hi,

This is usually the iLO drivers, install the following drivers.

iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver Package for Windows Server 2008 to Server 2012 R2
iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver for Windows Server 2008 to Server 2012 R2

The link says 2008 but, the driver them selves are 2012 and will not install.

If you see the Revision History, the previous version had remove support for 2008.
Please download the driver from previous version which supports 2008.
