You definitely need a separate processor power module for the second CPU.

Here is the part no for the PPM in case you need to know:
Processor Power Module - 327660-001
I would run the system configuration utility as well. In case you dont have the latest one then you can download it from the following link:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/13227.html
When run run the utility you would be asked to 'Upgrade the system partition' or 'Do Not Upgrade the System Partition'. You select the 'Do Not Upgrade Option'. Then you should be all set.
