Dual Nic Setup
How do I setup the dual Network card function on my server and which would be the better option dual nic or fail on fault.

Are you trying to install teaming. what are your nics going into a hub or switch?
You install the nic card or card's then run the f10. then boot into the os and run either the ntssd for nt4 or the ntcsp for windows 2000. For the ntssd you will see the compaq fast ethernet nic listed highlight that and click configure. For windows 2000 run the ntcsp and it will install the nic teaming and configuration utility automatically. You would want to use fault tolerant nic teaming unless you have a switch and then you can configure adaptive load balancing or cisco fec if you are using a cisco switch.
