Dual P400 in ML370. Which slots to use?

Dual P400 in ML370. Which slots to use?

I've installed the boot controller in slot one and the second one in slot four. Also got a third controller (SC44Ge) for the Ultrium in slot six.

Is this going to provide optimal performance, or is it irrelevant?
