Dual port sas on HP ProLiant DL380 G7?

Hi,

Our firm currently has 2 pro liant DL380 G7. They have from when purchased all SAS which are Dual Port.

I want to upgrade the capacity by buying a new array for raid 10. I am using ESXI 6.0 on both with Windows Server 2008, 2012, Untangle.

The question is, is there any point with Dual Port or should we just get Single Port? 
Please let me know. Thank you in advance!
