Dual redundancy path
I am considering using the Compaq Linux Clusters for Proliant, installed with Oracle 9i + RAC, and need dual redundant paths to the disk storage (possibly Raid Array 4100). I heard that this (dual redundancy path to the RAID storage) is currently not possible if I use the Linux platform. I would need to use Tru64 instead. Is it true?

Re: Dual redundancy path
Yes, Compaq's Linux for 9i RAC solution currently supports a single path to the RA4100. A dual path solution (using SecurePath) is planned for 3Q02, but will use the MSA1000 storage system.
Dual path solutions are available today for Windows 2000 on RA4100, MA8000/EMA12000, and MSA1000 storage. Dual path solutions for Tru64 are supported with MA8000 storage.
