ok this error is more than likely realated to your storage controller. If your hard disks are connected to a scsi controller or one is installed in the server, try booting up without it or with a replacement. Sounds like the hardware is not campatible or damaged

Server has card smartarray 64x Controller, run Raid 5 and Raid 1.

try checking device manager if there is unknown device found. Update driver and firmware.

Normally the Error comes with Event ID 11 in Event viewer... If updating the Firmware and Driver don't help, check in ADU if there is an error with the SA 6400(although error is shown for LSI controller)
