ESXi 3.5 Update 4 HP-Image CIM/WBEM Monitoring Raid5 on Smart Array p400i

Hallo,
I like to monitor the raid5 status of the internel SAS-Controller,
if one of the disks gets an error, I like to get a E-Mail.
I prefer linux, so I tried it with wbem/cim.
I unpluget a disk and can see a error status in ESXi VMware Infrastructure Client (screenshot attached)
but all try with following CIM_ gives me no errors off the Raid failure.

who can help me to get the Raid5 error status in linux. (ESXi 3.5 u4 HP-Image Built 153875)
other errors I get (e.g. NIC2-not connected...)
