Ejecting the SmartStart CD (8.70B x64)
Can the SmartStart CD (8.70B x64) be ejected after initiating the HP Insight Diagnostics (without disrupting the tests)? I have 6 servers that I need to perform full tests (i.e., 4-5 hours per system)...
- Boot the server with Smart Start CD.
- Select language - English.
- Select Maintain server.
- Select Diagnose Server.
- In Test Tab:
- Test mode: Unattended.
- Number of loops: 3.
- Devices: All.
...and I'd really rather not burn 6 copies of the same CD.

Re: Ejecting the SmartStart CD (8.70B x64)
You can make USB which easy way to Run SmartStart. Also once you start test you can eject CD to use and run on different server. It will not effect the Test.
Thank You

Re: Ejecting the SmartStart CD (8.70B x64)
I'm not able to eject the SmartStart CD (using the DVD-ROM's eject button).
How were you able to eject the CD?
