How do u configure lights out email alerts

It asks for email address and domain but won't send an email when I click test

Is the networking configuration in iLO complete? If it can't resolve names or route the network it cannot send an email.

Have a look and tell me where I'm going wrong please.  I've upgraded the ILO 4 firmware to 1.40 but no change
