Embedded Flash/SD Controller firmware revision 2.10.00 NAND read failure

I found an iLO Self-Test alarm of “Embedded Flash/SD” that indicates "Controller firmware revision 2.10.00 NAND read failure " as attached images.

The server information is as below.

- Product Name: ProLiant DL320e Gen8 v2
- Operating System: CentOS release 6.10 (Final)

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue ?
