Embedded NEC98431 Failed

When I opend the System Managmend I saw that the NEC98431 had failed.Why is that? Is it becuase Ilo is not connected to the network?

Hi,

You need to connect the ILO port to the network or change the management agent settings to ignore the error.

Hi again,

If the previous link doesn't wotk here is how to disable the agent for the ILO. This will stop the error message if you don't want to use the ILO.

1) Open Control Panel
2) Run the "HP Management Agents" applet.
3) Select "Remote Insight Information" from the list on the left (Active Agents) and click the arrow (Remove->) to move it to the list on the right (Inactive Agents).
