Embedded sata raid

Hi,
I have a ml 150 g2 hp server with the embedded sata raid.
I had a raid 1 array with 2 hard drives and windows 2003 server in it. Unfortunatly one of them stop working.
I get a brand new Hot swap hp hard drive, and here comes the problem.
I want to recover and rebuild my raid 1 with the new harddrive and the old one but i don't have the chance to do it offline because is a critical server.
So I tried to use the hrconf.exe utility but i can't do it.
how can i rebuild the array without having to do it offline?

the only way I know is offline

but you can try this I am not sure is that SATA controller software manager will have the option to rebuild online but you can give it a try and let us know
