Re: End of Support for ProLiant Series

No that's not accurate. That website is hilariously incorrect. You'll need to contact HPE support directly for EOSL and supportability info, but I can tell you that website is very wrong.

Re: End of Support for ProLiant Series

We also have a web app! Agreed that searching for docs is not a good experience. This app lets you select your switch and displays the compatible options such as transceivers, DACs, redundant power supplies, etc-

Re: End of Support for ProLiant Series

Re: End of Support for ProLiant Series

And yet one of your EMPLOYEES refer to that website as a source of information :

https://community.hpe.com/t5/ProLiant-Servers-ML-DL-SL/HPE-ML350-GEN9-End-of-Service-Life-EOSL-Date/td-p/7147880#.Yfj1qPgo-Mo

And apparently i have to pay to get such information from live support.

HP has set a new low for a standart.

Re: End of Support for ProLiant Series

EOSL

Two years ago in this thread - someone asked for a unified proliant end of service page from HPE. Why are we still waiting

Do you realise HOW MANY HPE SERVERS I CAN SELL - if I can evidence the esiting ones are out of support??

I've got client's googling the dates themselves, and coming up with all sorts of dates from 'wonky' sites that are NOT HPE!!
