Error 341 Predicted to Fail Soon

SMART Array P410i has two raid coccept one is raid 5 with four HDD 146GB*4 3 HDD Physical and 1 Spare HDD. 

Second Raid Concept is Raid 0 and using 600GB HDD..  at present Raid 0 showing 341 Predicted to Fail Soon. 

Recently I repalced HDD and still we are getting same error code..

Considering you have replaced good known drive, there are chances that other/mirrored drive also having predictive failure errors which is the reason why controller unable to copy/rebuild the data on new drive from mirrored drive.
