Error Code 59 "Cycle System Power Now"

What is the Error Code 59 "Cycle System Power Now" means. Acutally I have used earese utility of smart start in order to reconfigure my Server. After pocessing it gives message "I takes 8 min. per volums to eareas the previous configration and do not reboot or power off the system" but within seconds it does the Job and after that gives message the configration has been earsed cycle system power now.
How can i fix the problem.

I can't really tell what the issue is here... If you run the Erase utility it WILL say that you have to cycle power (means to power it off and then on again).

error code 59 comes up when you try to erase and install through smartstart when the system has alot of memory in it..reduce memory to factory specs (as low as possible) for the install ...then after install simply add the memory back in
