Error Ethernet HP7761 driver

Hi all.
I have a ML350 G4 server with an ethernet HP7761. When you load the latest driver available at www.hp.com, started to give errors such as not leaving network file copy, but it showed the network directories. Upon returning to the previous driver, the problem was corrected. Happened to someone? I can do to get the latest driver but with certainty?
