Error in vmare guest operating system....

Hello all, I have a hp proliant dl580 g5 server, when I try to install one of the driver for the guest operating system under vmware workstation i get a error "Smart Component executing not supoorted at this time in server virtualized guest operating systems" any fix for this will greatly be appreciated, thanks.
