Error while installing the Event Notifier

After installing and configuring a new server using the Smart Start 4.90 CSP for a ML570, I have gone back and reran the Management Agents installation in order to add the Event Notifier. However, I have had situations where during the installation I get the following message:

The following non-fatal error has occurred:
File Copy Error : C:\WINNT\System32\sm2user.dll

Previously, I thought this was related to Symantec Norton Anti-Virus being installed, but now I am running into this with a server that does have the anti-virus software installed. Choosing 'Ignore' allows the installation to continue and it appears successful.

Does anyone understand why this happens? The current problem is occurring on a generic server with no additional software installed and configured to run WINS and DNS.
