Euro RIB Board version 1

Hi

I am trying to resolve an issue with a orignal version 1 RIB board (PCI slot). I have seen this issue before about 3 years ago and there was a Compaq advisory on the subject, but I cannot seem to find it again and I cannot remember how to resolve it.

The problem is that once logged into the RIB, I can launch the console view I them see a very quick black screen with a message about could not login and the console just goes to a grey screen.

I am sure we had this issue before but as I said I cannot find it now. Anyone out there with a good memory?
