Event ID 1061 errors

I am getting the following error in the event log. The tape drive is also flashing and beeping constantly. I'm guessing that it's related.

Event ID: 1061, Source: Storage Agents

Compaq Drive Array Physical Drive Threshold Exceeded. The physical drive in slot 3, port 1, bay 3 with serial number "WT7060524183", has exceeded a drive threshold
(SNMP TRAP: 3030 in CPQIDA.MIB)

Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem. Thank you.

The error indicates that the hard drive in bay 3 of the hot plug cage which is connected to port 1 of the array controller in slot 3 has numerous errors. This could require a firmware upgrade to the drive or drive replacement. It does not have anything to do witht he tape drive.
Please call for warranty support on the hard drive and we can look into your tape drive at the same time
