Event ID: 11

Hi,
We ran Compaq survey utility for Windows on our server which is configured with Compaq StorageWorks 64 bit/66 Mhz dual channel controller. OS is Winnt 4.0 Sp 6a. Event log is showing the following error message:
Event ID: 11 Source: adpu160m The driver detected a controller error on \Device\ScsiPort#

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Scorpio,
Please try upgrading to Compaq Survey Utility for Windows Version 2.36 (or later), which is available as Component Pack CP000793 and in Compaq Management CD Release 5.10.
