Event Id 11 on Proliant ML350

Hi all.
I have a Proliant ML350 G3 server with windows 2003 advanced server, on the event viewer i'm continously getting this event:
Event Id: 11
Source: adpu160m
Description:
The controller detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\adpu160m2
The server has a SmartArray 6402/128 card, i don't know if this can be causing the problem.
Everything seems to be working fine, i don't know if there's a way to know what is causing this problem.
Help, please.

Here is what Microsoft says about Event ID 11:

Description: The driver detected a controller error on Device\ScsiPort1.

Event ID 11 is a more serious error than an I/O time-out. This error could be a result of a bad or corrupted device driver, a hardware problem, a malfunctioning device, poor cabling, or termination issues. This is an error occurring within the driver or hardware itself.
Run diagnostics on the card using the Diagnostics for Windows ( http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/20406.html ) or other offline tools such as insight diagnostics ( ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp27501-28000/SP27749.exe )

Check the version of the SCSI controller BIOS and the device firmware revision. Make sure the 6402 is using bios 1.92 ( http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/storage/us/download/20538.html )

Check the SCSI device driver version. The SCSI driver is located in the %Systemroot%\System32\Drivers folder. Look for the version in the file properties, and check that you have the latest version (http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/20313.html )

this error is a SCSI timeout from the embedded Adaptec controller in the ML350 G3 server, this is not from the SmartArray controller.

Check what device is eventually connected to the embedded Adaptec SCSI controller and check here for the latest driver:
