Event Notifier Config missing

Hi
I am trying to access Event Notifier Config on my Proliant server. The server was installed with Smart Start, but I can't see Event Notifier Config in programs or in program files. Can't see it as an option on the Smart Start software custom install screen either.
Anyone know how to install it please?

Are you looking for the Insight Event Notifier?
If so, it is installed with the Insight Manager agents.
