EventID 11 error on DL320 running Win2K

Does anyone here got any idea or experienced with this error before? Would it be RAID controller, hard disk, RAID card firmware or software problem (dont forget to read the attached ID file)?

Hope to hear from all the expertise. Thanks in advance.

As a first step I always upgrade the firmware/PSP pack on the server, raid controller, hard drive.

Which controller are you using though? SCSI or ATA?
