Expanding a RAID 5 Array on my DL380 G6 with a P410I controller

I am in need of additional storage on my HP DL380 G6 server with an internal P410I controller, I have a single 3 drive RAID 5 array and want to add another drive to this array, I have an unassigned drive(the one I just put in it) and I have the Expand Array button as an option, my fear is I blow away all the data can anyone provide some input or advice...

Also,

The OS on the server is W2K3 also on the 3 drive array, logically I have 2 partitions on the raid set C$ and E$ I want to expand the E$......

Any advice would be appreciated.

as a rule of thumb always have a back up of data and latest firmware/drivers/agents and utilities installed for the system.

I have done in many times, is a safe procedure. You can setup an speed ratio on the ACU for this expantion/migration, keep in mind that if you choose the fastest speed server performance will drop a lot so do it of bussiness ours.
