Expanding the Logical Drive

I have a Proliant 3000 with Smart Array 3200. Added two new 9.1GB drives. Config one active and one as spare. The ACU reads in Logical view 26029MB Raid 5. In Win nt 4 the disk admin reads 16292mb logical and 8678mb free space. How do I expand the 16.2MB to include the additional 8678mb free space? I know I can restore data from tape or use Server Magic to extend partition. Just want to know if there is another way.

Re: Expanding the Logical Drive

Go into Disk Admin and highlight the 16292MB, hold the CTRL key down and then click on the free space. Both will be highlighted black. Then goto PARTITION and choose Extend Volume SET.It should then turn both yellow. Then go to PARTITION and choose Commit Changes Now. IT will then ask for a reboot.
