Expanding the number of serial interfaces for ML370G2

Does anyone know how to expand the number of serial interfaces for ML370G2? Are there any expantion boards(cards) certified or recommended by HP(Compaq)?
We need 1-2 COM ports in addition to standard 2 ports.
