Extending C: drive after upgrade from NT4 to 2003

I upgraded my Proliant ML350 server from windows NT to 2003. Because of previous NT limitations, my drive C: was only 4GB in size. I have a plenty of free disk space and I have a strong reason to expand C: drive size, rather than create new logical drive. Is there any way to do that (any third party tool loke diskpart or something similar)?
Thanks for reply.

Hello Davor,
Look into Server Magic or Any utility from the Partition Magic folks.

In 2003 you should be able to extend the partition to the new partition you have to create in the free space. This logical drive spanning has been available since Win2000.

Without a RAID controller you can not expanded a logical drive without a utility as described above, OR back up and restore in a new partition
